These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your registration for or attendance at any class offered through it by Neo Forge Build (“we”, “us”). By registering, you agree to these Terms.
Educational content only; no advice
Classes are general educational presentations on tax-planning topics taught by independent licensed tax professionals. Nothing in a class, on this site, or in any related email or message is individualized tax, legal, accounting, investment or financial advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by registering for or attending a class. Tax law changes frequently and applies differently to every person. Consult your own qualified advisor before acting on anything you learn.
No outcomes promised
We and the Presenters make no representation or guarantee about any tax savings, refund, financial result, or other outcome you may achieve. Any examples used in a class are illustrative only.
Registration and payment
- Registration is per person. A ticket admits one attendee.
- Paid tickets are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Prices are in US dollars.
- Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the class start time; no refunds after that. If we cancel a class, you receive a full refund.
- We may reschedule a class; registered attendees will be notified by email and may request a refund if the new time does not work for them.
Recordings and materials
Classes may be recorded. Recordings and materials are for personal, non-commercial use by registered attendees and may not be redistributed. Attendee audio and video are not captured unless you choose to unmute or turn on your camera.
Communications
By registering you agree to receive email about the class you registered for, including confirmations, reminders and follow-up. Text messages are sent only with your separate express consent, which you can revoke by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt a class, harass other attendees or the Presenter, share join links publicly, or use the site or class content for any unlawful purpose. We may remove anyone who violates these Terms without refund.
Intellectual property
All site content, class materials and recordings are owned by us or the Presenter and protected by copyright. You receive a limited licence to use them for your personal education only.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SITE AND CLASSES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND THE PRESENTERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CLASS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A CLASS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT CLASS.
Governing law and disputes
Maryland law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at learn@nfbwealth.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you and we consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
