This Privacy Policy describes how Neo Forge Build (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website, register for a class, or otherwise interact with us. Classes offered through this site are taught by independent licensed tax professionals (each a “Presenter”). Where a class page names a Presenter, that Presenter may also receive the registration information you provide, as described below.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number when you register for a class; payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source, fbclid, gclid). We store campaign parameters in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days and associate them with your registration.
- Consent records. If you opt in to text messages, we store the exact consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address.
How we use information
- To register you for a class, send confirmations, calendar details, join links and reminders.
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To measure and improve the performance of our pages and advertising, including which campaigns lead to registrations.
- To send text messages about the class you registered for, only if you separately opted in. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- To comply with legal obligations, including record-retention requirements applicable to tax-practitioner advertising.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. Depending on your consent choices, this may load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We also send certain registration events to Meta and Google from our servers (the Meta Conversions API and Google Measurement Protocol) so that ad performance can be measured even when browser tracking is blocked. Personal identifiers sent this way are hashed. You can manage cookie preferences using the banner on our pages, through your browser settings, and via Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ads Settings.
How we share information
- Presenters. The tax professional teaching the class you registered for receives your name, email, phone (if provided) and attendance status so they can deliver the class and follow up with you.
- Service providers. Hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (Amazon Web Services SES), payments (Stripe), automation (n8n, self-hosted), text messaging (Twilio), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
Text messages are sent only to people who checked the separate SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We keep a record of your consent as described above.
Retention
Registration and consent records are kept for as long as needed to provide the class and related follow-up, and thereafter as required by law. Published versions of advertising pages are retained for at least 36 months to satisfy IRS Circular 230 §10.30 record-keeping requirements that apply to tax practitioners.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at learn@nfbwealth.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our classes and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change and, where appropriate, we will notify registered users by email.
